Simple tips to control Uric acid

The problem of increased uric acid is rapidly growing now a days. 

Symptoms of increased uric acid:


1. Pain in the joints and specially feet involved.
2. Foot pain specially great toe involvement.
3. Swelling in foot, fingers and small phalanges joints 
4. Severe pain in the joints, specially in morning and evening time.
5. Pain on prolonged sitting mostly in the feet, ankles. 


Simple ways to control uric acid:



1. Eat fiber-rich diet  Including spinach, broccoli, oats, oatmeal, Psyllium seed husks, also known as ispaghula, isabgol, or psyllium are beneficial.

2. Take mix juice of Aloe vera and amla juice (gooseberry) before 10 minutes  to the both meals.


3. Tomato and grapefruit juice are also very good to reduce the Uric acid very rapidly.

4. Take one teaspoon of flax seed after 5 minutes to all 3 meals, make sure you fine chew the seed very finely.it also benefit your digestion.

5. Add 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon of Ashwgndha (Rennet) to 1 cup of warm milk this solution will keep your uric acid in control.

6. Increased intake of olive oil  in cooking.Olive oil contains vitamin E and Minerals. Which would help to control uric acid.

7.Eating walnuts help in  uric acid control. 

8. Eat vitamin C-rich food items. Vitamin C is helpful in expelthe uric acid out through the  way of urinary system.

9. Eating 2-3 cherries daily help to regulate the Uric acid.


10. Eat salad with lemon regularly. Regularly drink 1 glass of water with 1 lemon juice . Do not add sugar to this water.


11. Brisk Walk: Please make sure that you are taking brisk walk every morning and evening for minimum of 45 minutes.


12. No fast food. Eat fresh pure food at home. Eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, salad, fiber-rich nutritious balanced diet.

13. Yoga  helps a lot. Yoga exercise also help us to control obesity.


14. For more inflammatory pain relief apply cotton cloth soaked in warm water to affected site.

Don't for Uric acids:

1. Diet to avoid which increases uric acid:

2. The fish meat have increased uric acid properties so its intake should stop immediately. Non vegetarian food increases uric acid mostly.

3. Intake of eggs to be stop completely as this increases uric acid.

4. Bakery food products such as pastries, cakes, pancakes, breads from bakers and cream biscuits should be stopped immediately as these contains preservatives which leads to increased Uric acid.

5. Junk food, fast food, cold drinks, soda drinks, fried stuffs are needed to be stop on priority bases.






6. Food which increase or help to increase uric acid like Rice, potatoes, chilies, and dishes of fried food should be stop.

7. Packed food and drinks chips are also needs to be stop. 

8. Alcohol, Beer and wine are results in rapidly increasing uric acid.
